When I try to do the remote view on the DVR 440, it shows the following message:

The error you have recieved is related to a driver issue with your video card.
If your unaware of what video card your computer is using, follow these steps:
- Right click on My Computer (located on the start menu for XP, and desktop for 2000/98 user) then go to "Properties"
- Click on the "Hardware" tab, than click on "Device Manager"
- You should see a device labeled "Display Adapters" with a cross next to it (on the left side)
- Click on that cross and you will see what video card your computer is using.
Once you've obtain the name and manufacture of your video card, proceed to go to the official website of that manufacturer and access the latest drivers on their downloads page. Depending on the manufacturer, this page can be labeled "Customer Support" , "Technical Support", "Customer Service", "Device Drivers" or simply "Downloads". When you download and install the proper drivers, restart the computer, open the remote agent application (or web browser) and your issue should be resolved.
Note: The default ports that should be open on your router for porting forwarding are port 80 and port 6100.
