Yes, you could control two PTZ cameras (up to 255) with 1 GV-Net card or GV-COM.
What you need to do is to connect RS485 from PTZ cameras to your GV-NET or GV-COM, and then you have to make sure each PTZ is assigned a different address (please refer to the manual provided by the camera manufacturer) and select the appropriate protocol on the GV-system system configure panel.
