1.) Right Click on the Recycle Bin icon
2.) Under the Global tab, Click on Configure Drives Independently
3.) Click on the hard drive letter you wish to configure.
4.) Using the scroll in the middle of the window, reduce the percentage of the drive space that will be sent to the Recycle Bin, and press OK.[/i]
