I am using 7.0 version software, and pictures are upside down.
If I play .exe files, pictures are upside down.
This questions usually caused by 2 reasons:
1)Codec conflicts.
2)wrong directly.vob setting.
On the other machine that you put CD in, did you have the 7.0 codec? Cause I am afraid that this is caused by the codec conflicts.
1).Go to C: drive, to to "Windows system 32" folder, and search "geocodec.dll"
2) Right click on that file and check the version
3) Delete that file and play the cd again.
4) Please go to "control Panel", " remove or add programs", check whether you have a file called "direct. vob".
5) Please change the setting to "flip over". This should solve customer's questions.
Why is my video upside down?
If the video image is upside down, try increasing the video hardware acceleration. There are two video hardware acceleration settings—one in the Player, and one in the Windows operating system. You must change both settings.
To change the setting in the Player, on the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Performance tab. Move the Video acceleration slider to Full.
To change the setting in Windows, click Start, click Control Panel, double-click Display, click the Settings tab, click Advanced, and then click the Troubleshoot tab. Move the Hardware acceleration slider to Full.
