Due to the fact that GEO MPEG4 AND MPEG4 conflict issue, in 8.0, 8.01, 8.02, if you use MPEG4 compression codec in some channels, and use WAVELET in some other channels, the system will keep rebooting.

8.1 version will take off MPEG4 and WAVELET but keep GEO MPEG4.

REASONGS: MPEG4 and WAVELET will not support PRIVACY MASK.
HARDWARE COMPRESSION.
