There are a few reasons related to this problem:


1.) Bad hard drive

2.) GeoVision codec problem

3.) User’s rights and privileges in Windows are disabled


Do the following in order to solve this problem:


1.) Use another hard drive to save video files

2.) Reinstall the GeoVision drivers and software

3.) Check the user’s rights and privileges when logging into Windows; you may be using an administrator account

4.) If the above steps do not work, reinstall Windows
