Do you have a formula to show us how many frame rates we can get from a network camera if we only have 300Kbps bandwidth under different quality level?

With the attached file you can find the solution from table A1.1.
You can see that for 300Kbps you can set the performance base on 30FPS
MPEG4 at
704*480 at medium quality
352*240 at detail and below
176*120 at all quality level
Likewise the info can be found at table A2.1 at page 3 for CMOS model
Currently we are able to provide the data as listed table format and
the plan of creating a formula tool is proposed
I shall update with you once the formula is ready, but you should be
able to find required info from the data attached
