Full duplex means that, in two way audio, there is simultaneous, bi-directional communication. Both ends can speak and listen at the same time, (instead of waiting for one end to finish before the other can start speaking).
Many companies claim to have two way audio on their products but these products do not offer full duplex. There is a difference, in that, full duplex audio is transmitted and received as it is in a natural conversation.
It is kind of like comparing a "walkie talkie" conversation, to a telephone conversation.
