Please follow below steps to check NUUO SCB‐5000 Series condition.
1. Make sure that the driver was installed okay. .............................................................................2
2. Check the version of DirectX. .......................................................................................................3
3. Enable DirectDraw and Direct3D acceleration.............................................................................4
4. Enable video hardware overlay. ...................................................................................................5
5. Make sure that color‐depth is 24‐bit or 32‐bit. ...........................................................................6
6. Disable overlay when problem still occurred...............................................................................7
7. If problem still occurred, provide information for technical support..........................................8
