In the quote, this customer has been using Dell Optiplex 320 to build out several GV machines and did not have any issues. However, every model of card has different design. Some cards might work and some cards might not.

Therefore, we generally let customer know that this Dell system is not recommended. You can encourage them to use GSS system, which is proven working and compatible!
