I have a 1480-16, when I installed it, it shows error message "can't find keypro".

Attached is the image that has the card with the bent pins that we spoke about. Those pins did have a jumper on them. The customer states that the jumper is no longer there. I suspect that it fell of in shipment.

After GSS received the product, I found that the pins were bent back to normal with a jumper on them.
Then I tested this card and everything worked great.

Since the card is good, GSS will send the card back to the customer.
