they use SCB-IP 04 to connect with Zavio camera. By our software, they couldn't see the video, but they could see the video through IE.

Regarding this question, it might result from different firmware verison.



(1) We support firmware version of Zavio “LM.1.6.16.008” on NUUO version 2.8.0.9 and version 3.0.0.3

Please check your firmware version of Zavio.

You can copy the IP address of Zavio camera and paste it on IE.

Could you please tell us what the firmware of the camera is?



If your firmware version of Zavio is LM.1.6.16.008, please upgrade the latest version of NUUO。
