Full Version: Dosen't give video connection for Pelco PTZ with 4800 Baud Rate?

Your product (receiver and transmitter) is good after being tested, and the baud rate setting in the receiver and transmitter is 4800.
Thus, the followings might be the reason causing your problem:
Reason#1 Wrong installations on transmitter and receiver.
Reason#2 The distance between the power(transformer) and the transmitter/receiver is too long for the 12v tramsformer.



Here are the solutions:
Sol.#1 Make sure the camera is connected to the transmitter, and the DVR/Monitor is connected to the receiver, and also make sure the RS485 cables and the power are connected.
Sol.#2 We will send you two 19v transformers so that the power could be transmitted for longer distance.

P.S. The 19v transformer could ONLY be used on the transmitter and receiver. It CANNOT be used on your 12v camera.
