Full Version: How to use Audio through Zavio camera?

I have this Zavio in my chicken coup. I am trying to use it as a sample for remote access. We have some pet owners and a few pet boarding businesses that may be interested. I had the audio working fine for a while but it wont stay on now. I have rebooted and it will work for a while and then it quits again. Can you forward this to Zavio and see if they can figure it out? We meet again with HVCC a week from today. I have been out of town and am headed to Texas in the morning but will be checking my email and phone.

3. Is it viewed through IE or the bundle software??

Here are the details you need:
1. Model Name---> F210A
2. Firmware version---> LM.1.6.16
3. Is it viewed through IE or the bundle software---> IE
4. Windows OS and IE version---> XP Pro, IE6
5. The audio function means Microphone or Speaker---> Speaker

Besides, I changed the status of guest/guest to “operator” rather than “viewer” and the speaker function is now available. Do you know why is that?
I’ll leave the window up for a while to see if it drops out.

The Speaker function is that you can hear the voice from IPcamera with your PC.

Our Speaker audio packet are build-in the video packet.

If you hear the audio or the audio will quit, the video will also have some problem.

Could you help me check three things??

1. Let me know the audio quit is on the Internet or Intranet.

2. Turn on the OSD setting with Date/Time in Setting -> Basic -> Camera - > General. ( It will help you to know the video quit or not by Date/Time displays. )

3. If this event will happen again, please copy the syslog information to me in Setting -> Advance -> Syslog

We provide three kinds of login accout,

One is admin group, it can do any setting to IPcamera.

Another is operator group, it can do any thing in the main page including audio but can't get into setting page.

The other is viewer group, it only can see the video but can't hear the aduio.
