Hello,

I have one fix camera (Camera A) and one PTZ (Camera B) installed, and they’re connected to a wireless Video Server which would transmits to my PC Based Nuuo DVR.
Assuming A is facing my gate and B is facing other direction. Besides, B has Preset 1 which is facing the gate.

I have the motion detection alarm set on A. Right now, when the motion is detected by A, I want A to send out the alarm to make B to go to Preset 1.
How could I do that in the Nuuo software? Would you please let me know the detailed steps?

Dear Sir,

NUUO can support this function on smart guard.
Please take actions as follows:

(1) 1-1 Click <Guard>
1-2 Choose a camera which you want
1-3 Click <Event>
1-4 Choose an event
1-5 Click <OK>

(2) Define detection zone, sensitivity and interval.
Click<Start Simulation >
Click <OK>

(3) Click<Action>
Click <PTZ Preset Go>
Click <OK>

(4) Set up the following parameter.
4-1 Choose a PTZ camera which you want to be triggered by event.
4-2 Set a start preset point.
4-3 Choose life cycle
4-4 Set an end preset point.
4-5 Click <Add>
4-6 Click <OK>

(5) Come back to main console.
Click <Start>
Click <Start Monitor All> or <Start Smart Guard System> to execute this function.
