Please follow the instructions below to setup and add your IP camera in GeoVision software.:
I. Setup the IP camera:
1. Go into the Camera setup menu thorough Internet Explorer.
2. In the menu, go to “Video and Motion”->”Video Setting”
3. Then, change the MJPEG Resolution to 1280x960. However, the frame per second would be limited to up to 15 after you choose 1280x960 reolution.
4. Press “Apply”.
II. Setup GeoVision System
1. Go to “General Setting”->”Camera/Audio Install”->”IP Camera Install”
2. Check “Install IP Camera” and select the number of the cameras you would like to install, and then click configure.
3. Add the camera manually by “Add Camera” or have the software “Scan Camera”, and the input the username (admin) and password (admin) information.
4. Then, you would see a pop-up screen. In Codec type, please select “JPEG” and then click “Apply”.
5. Click on the camera you just installed and assign a camera number for it. you should be able to see your camera in GeoVision software.
