A: I got a Battery Backup (BB) device called, Black Knight.
I connected my DVR to BB and plug the power of BB to the power outlet.
However, the DVR lost its power after 20 minutes even though the BB was still connect to the power outlet.
Why is that? Is this a bad BB?
Q: Black Knight will go to Green Mode to save the power after there's no power consumption or the device consumes less than 15W power.
In order to disable Green Mode, please press and hold the power button for more that 3 seconds.
You'd hear 1 long Beep and then 2 short Beep (Beep.....Beep Beep).
Then, you disable the Green Mode and it wouldn't shut down itself even if there's no or low power consumption.
