If you cannot close the "Control Center Server" or "GeoVision Software" to run PassUnInStall.exe because of forgotten password, follow these instructions, you must have Windows Administrator privillage:
Note: Backup the Registry unless you know what you're doing.
1) Click Start --> Run
2) Type in: regedit
3) Double click on HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
4) Double click on SOFTWARE
5) Double click on Microsoft, then DataCode
6) Highlight all that say "defalut-*" in values on the right pane and
delete them by right clicking on the mouse.
7) Close Registry Editor and reboot the computer
8) After opening Geovision software, type in the new login
information here.
