Q:I am using Verizon 700W. I have no problem in using remote playback, but live view got disconnected.
A: First, you need to make sure that you are using MS VIEWER.
Please type in ip (i.e. 24.248.96.178)
port: 7004
type in username and password (i.e. gss , gss)
Please connect it and give it a try.

A:Then probably this is somewrong on your DVR setting.
You can't just open mobile port without opening http port. Also, make sure all the related ports are opened.
