When setting up the Geovision v8.3 for 2 Identical cards but one uses PCIe & try to open Surveillance software you may get error "Can't Find Key Pro". The drivers are installed fine in Device Manager.
Solution: The PCIe card needs external power source. It comes with extension power cable. Just plug that into the power supply cable and to the power port of GeoVision card. The surveillance console will open fine with 32 channel display.
Please install cards and drivers one after another to minimize any other failiures.
