Does NUUO software compression card support 4 ch audio?

Yes all NUUO cards support 4 audio channels and up. The SCB5000 series support 4 to 16 audio channels (same as the number of video channels). The SCB4016 supports 16 audio channels. The SCB3000 series support 4 audio channels.
