GeoVision v8.3 CD now comes with application that you can install to have your BlackBerry work with their DVRs. Please follow instructions on the attached PDF to accomplish this.

In addition, in order to add BBView, please check if the following Application is installed on the Syncing PC - Blackberry Desktop Manager: http://na.blackberry.com/eng/services/desktop/
Not all the Blackberry is supported. Your blackberry O/S must be 4.2.1 or higher.
