1.) Please go to [Main Console]->[Config]->[Setting]
2.) Choose [User Account] to setting panel
3.) Set user account's Name, Group, Description, Password
4.) Set Privilege
Users are granted 3 privileges by default:
* Execute Main Console
* Execute Playback
* Execute Remote Live Viewer (including Remote Live Video on all Cameras)
5.) Click [Add] to add account
6.) The new account will be showed in right panel
7.) Click [OK] to save account
