The MOBOTIX camera is equipped with an integrated ISDN-(S0) and an Ethernet network connection (10Base-T) each with an RJ45 plug as well as a serial interface with a DB-9 plug:
Consequently, the camera can be easily connected with an ISDN telephone and even use the S0 bus’s tension of supply for its power supply.
When the camera is operated over the Ethernet, the power supply can also come from the Ethernet cable by bringing in the power over the MOBOTIX network power adapter (accessory). Advantage: Just one cable that leads to the camera means reduced installation costs, particularly for outdoor cameras.
Note: The serial interface, the switch input and switch output cannot be used with the MOBOTIX Basic and Web models.
