Why do I get only one image on my web server even though two cameras are transmitting images at the same time?
ANS:
Possible problems:
The FTP server might be set up so that it only allows one user at a time. If both the cameras try to transmit their images at the same time, the second camera will be refused by the FTP server. Have one of the cameras transmit its images a few minutes later or alter the server configuration accordingly.
For connections via ISDN: Check to see if it is possible to select both cameras at the same time on your ISDN connection. You will need two free channels in order to do so. If one of the channels is already assigned to another device (e.g. telephone or incoming fax), you will only be able to select one camera.
