Variable Frame rate working model
For encoder, variable frame rate function works passively. Its function is dependent to each client’s request.

How to setup encoder and streaming activator?
Encoder:
Please setup the frame rate mode in the video setting to “Variable.
Streaming Activator:
First, this function will only be available when video server/IP camera status is at “Variable” frame rate mode.
Second, select the frame rate you wish to receive from the encoder. Then, the streaming activator will start to receive the frame rate you select from the encoder. select the frame rate you wish to receive from the encoder.
Bandwidth table
Below is a reference table for the actual bandwidth consumption and frame rate table when encoders are in Variable Frame Rate mode.
Note: This table is for your reference only. Actual bandwidth might vary due to different shooting scenes.
How to integrate this function into your software?
For software developer, you will need two items
1. SDK
2. SDK programming guide
Please get these items from your sales representative.
