Chapter. 1. The reset procedure
1-1 Reset procedure
Step 1: Switch off IP device by disconnecting the power cable
Step 2: Press and continue to hold the Reset Button. Reconnect the power cable while continuing to hold the reset button.
Step 3: The power LED with lights up for 1 second and lights down upon power up. Keep holding the reset button depressed till the power LED lights up again for 1 second and lights down. (The amount of time needed to press the reset button depends on the firmware version, please see next section for details). Then release the reset button. The unit will start up with factory default settings.
