QUESTION:
I have the Zavio IP Surveillance Software. When I install the software it does not give me option to install “Live View”.
Is this the option for remote viewing? I also do not have the option for “Remote Live Viewer”
I also do not have the option to configure the “Network Service”. I assume this is the configuration for the remote viewing?
Please let me know what I need to do to remote view with this software.
ANSWER:
Our software doesn’t have the remote function since January. NUUO took this function off otherwise they want to charge more.
We suggest our customers to combine our products with NUUO’s software as a package.
Also we’re solving this problem now, we’re dealing with NUUO, soon will get a solution.
