1.Verify the PC spec: What is the CPU?
What is the Chipset? (SIS IS ABSOLUTELY NOT WORKING)
2. Search for "geo*ini" and email the file to tech support.
3.all the Rebooting problems if it is related to the GV software or GV hardware will log into "geohealth.ini".
ex1: video loss
combo card video loss will not cause the rebooting problem
non-combo card video loss will cause rebooting
ex2:video dead
Drive loss. Hardward dead.

1.Reinstall Codec
2.Reinstall Windows
If the above 2 don't work out, it could be the HDD failure.
Additional information:
The intel 946 chipset is another motherboard that is known to have compatibility problems.
Nvidea 10 is not compatible with GV cards.
