Running
* bandwidth / PC spec not enough (ask for bandwidth information. run information collector)
* remote live view config can't be saved (running as windows admin? IE or AP? abnormal shutdown?)
* how to run remote live view on two monitors (wiki)
* max connection exceeded (raise the limit)
* I need to run remote live view on more than 2 monitors (run ap and IE)
* on vista, web live view issues error message (missing or corrupted files) (turn off UAC or run as admin)
Connection
* cannot connect. / frequent disconnection (check network environment. port forwarding. check network service. cameras disconnect frequently as well?)
* network service available. password correct, but can’t log in. (black/white list)
* port forwarding is not enabled (check website)
Video / Audio
lagged video / corrupted image (network, pc spec) transcoding (give doc) blank image (wait for i-frames)
Permission
why can’t we see certain channels? (go to config -> user account)
Web-based
* ActiveX certificate error / ActiveX needs to be re-installed (remove IE components.)
* I can't run with Firefox (Use IE)
* IE crash (OS version, IE version, remove toolbar)
* I need SDK for getting live video and playback (dig out background, sign NDA, relay to Butter)
