can you find out from GeoVsion how to (or where the setting is) record the IP cameras in their highest quality. I know there is an option in the software that needs to be changed.

In regard to GV-IP Camera quality setting, customer may refer to page 37 of GV-IP Camera User Manual for VBR adjustment.
If the customer does not have a manual available, he may download the manual from http://www.usavisionsys.com/download, then select User Manual.
Basically, the highest quality recording will be achieved when VBR is set to Excellent and when user is viewing the JPEG resolution at 1280x960.
