We have a customer with a GV1120-16 installed in a HP system since Spring. This week, system starting yielding a "No Privilege" message for cameras 9-16 when accessed on-line. Live it shows all 16 cameras fine.

I went today and all seems to be fine. I downloaded some updates and rebooted the system.

You can see for yourself: 64.221.221.243:8080 User: Tapia / Password: 19358.

Did you accidentally setup an remote authentication server?

Did you see the following window? If you did, please let me know...

4. Reset passwords.
In the GeoVision System, go to Configure icon >> Password Setup >> Local Account Edit.
Check a box called " allow removing password system.
