Just curious if anyone has noticed a similar problem.
We have several D12 180 view cameras installed at a customer's site. In all instances, selecting either Left, Right or Both views gives a marked decrease in image quality. Doesn't matter if your Browser selection is Javascript, Java or Active X (though Active X is the sharpest of the three). Selecting 180 View gives a very clear, sharp picture on both lenses.
Might be missing a setting somewhere but I've tried everything I could think of to remedy the situation. Any ideas would be appreciated.
