Dome Cameras

I am looking at Infrared Dome Cameras. They are for outdoor purposes. But I am looking at these Infrared Dome Cameras offered by CableGiant.
I am curious is the IR LED's are real bright and if they are easily seen.

Has anyone ever used Digital Watchdog cameras? Any experience with them. They seem pretty pricey but I also notice they have a 5 year warranty.
